Vasilis Konstantinou becomes the new president of Panathinaikos

Veteran international goalkeeper Vasilis Konstantinou became the new president of Panathinaikos on Friday afternoon, replacing Manos Mavrokoukoulakis.

The owner of historic Athens club, Giannis Alafouzos, recently announced his intention to leave immediately the financially struglling team once and for all, which means that the Greens will have to continue during 2017-18 season without expecting any serious income or funding.
