The issues of refereeing are among the most important in Greek football and Giorgos Bikas is the man who will handle it after the recent decision of FIFA and UEFA. More specifically, he will reevaluate the Referees Boards, with the new ones to be announced during next week, or most likely right after Olympiakos-Panathinaikos derby clash on November 6.

SDNA understands that about 7-8 referees are about to be dismissed, with the people involved in the case of the criminal organization (Spathas, Giachos, Dimitropoulos) and controversial Andreas Pappas of course almost definitely out of the new Referees Boards, along with Delfakis, Mitsios, Voskakis and Lampropoulos, whose future are also in serious doubt.

Giorgos Bikas will be the Head of Hellenic Football Federation's Central Refereeing Committee, but of course not the only member of it. It seems that officials Dimitris Kalyvas and Giannis Tsacheilidis will also be involved in it, in order to help Mr. Bikas at his extremely difficult project.
