Chuba Amechi Akpom spent 2017-18 season on loan to Sint-Truidense VV, with 13 championship performances and five goals in Belgium, while he has also been a member of Brentford, Coventry City, Nottingham Forest, Hull City (2015-16), Brighton & Hove Albion in the past.
His current contract with the Gunners expires in the summer of 2019 and the Greek Cup winners of experienced Romanian manager Răzvan Lucescu are interested in purchasing him, not signing him on loan.
