Akis Mantzios replaces Jacky Mathijssen at Larissa FC

Akis Mantzios, who was released from Apollon Smyrnis on Μοnday, officially replaced Jacky Mathijssen on Tuesday on the bench of struggling Larissa FC.

The 48-year-old veteran central defender, who has also worked for Thrasivoulos, Panionios, Kerkyra, Panthrakikos and Levadiakos (2015-16) in the past, will try to help the historic Super League side to avoid relegation to Football League at the end of 2017-18 season.
