Wakaso moved to Granada on loan from Panathinaikos in January but his new team is struggling in La Liga.
Granada are unlikely to stay up and Wakaso is believed to be considering a move back to Panathinaikos ahead of the new season.
Wakaso posted on social media himself with the green shirt, and this action could be considered as a wish from the Ghanian midfielder to return to the club.
