The loan deal of Araujo expires at the end of the season and AEK are eager to keep him at the club.
Araujo has been one of AEK best players since he joined on loan in January and according to Ora newspaper they have started initial talks with Las Palmas.
AEK want to renew Araujo's loan deal and they are open to cover his whole wages up to 1.5 million euros.
