According to Gavros newspaper Zenit are considering to make a formal offer to Olympiakos for the services of the Serbian midfielder.
Zenit are ready to spend 11 million euros to lure Milivojevic away from Olympiakos as the Greek club seeks 15 million euros to let him go.
Milivojevic has attracted several European clubs after his displays this season with Fiorentina, Benfica and Leicester chasing his signature as well.
