Vilhena has been released by Feyenoord and his agent flew to Athens in order to hold talks with Olympiakos.
According to Gavros newspaper Olympiakos have offered the 21-year-old Dutch midfielder a four-year-contract worth of 4,5 million euros.
Vilhena has already rejected an offer from Inter and Olympiakos are hopeful to clinch a deal imminently.
