Zuculini suffered a serious injury in the metatarsal during AEK's training and the fears of a fracture have been confirmed.
The Argentine midfielder will undergo a surgery today and he is likely to be ruled out for the rest of the season.
Zuculini joined AEK on loan until the end of the season from Manchester City on the January transfer deadline day.
