HSV striker Artjoms Rudnevs passed the medical at PAOK but he finally decided to stay at the German club.
The Latvian striker was very close to seal his transfer to PAOK, however he changed his mind as he wants to fight for his place at Hamburg.
“I considered to move to Greece with my wife but I decided that I don't want to leave. I want to fight for my place in the squad. I know it will be difficult but I want to score as many goals as I scored here in my first season at the club,” Rudnevs said.
The 27-year-old striker has also reportedly informed HSV for this decision.
