The Greek defender left Olympiakos in 2013 to join Roma and he has enjoyed the football ever since.
The 29-year-old Greek right back does not wish to return to Greece, as he is currently very happy in Rome.
“I'm very happy here. I wanted to leave Greece for my personal reasons and now I'm not thinking of going back. Football in Italy is of top quality, my family has settled in here and I'm very well here. I want to keep going either in Italy or elsewhere,” Torosidis underlined.
His goal in the game against Udinese last Sunday helped Roma to claim a narrow 2-1 victory keeping up their fight for the second Serie A spot.
“It was an important goal for me but the most important was the victory. In the Rome derby against Lazio the second spot and the Champions League football will be at stake. It will be a must-win game for us,” he said.
