Rumours in the Greek press claim that Masoud has already agreed verbally with Panathinaikos as his contract at Panionios runs out at the end of the season.
However, the agent of Masoud, Reza Fazeli dismissed the talk speaking to SDNA over his client's future.
Fazeli told SDNA that the Iranian forward will speak first to Panionios before deciding anything ahead of next season.
“There is no agreement with Panathinaikos. Whetever is written is just rumours. Masoud is a Panionios player and he is one of the best players in the Greek Super League, so it's normal to hear rumours. We will first talk to Panionios, though. We've got decent relationship with Panionios and with mr Zamanis and then we will take the decision. We have not arranged the meeting as yet, so I don't know if it's going to take place before or after the season ends. But I repeat that our priority is to speak to Panionios first,” Fazeli underlined.
