The reason of this complaint, which will be submitted via Cyclades Union, is that the son of Vangelis Topoliatis, Michalis, is working at Olympiakos Youth Department the last years, as U-15 and U-17 squads' coach, and he has also done a very good job according to the general opinion.
The officials of AEK believe that it is not fair, in terms of incompatibility, for the son to work at a club since his father (who has been also accused, along with Giorgos Girtzikis, for the notorious case of Health Card) is the Vice President of the Hellenic Football Federation and they will ask for disciplinary action against him.
It is clear that the tension between AEK and Olympiakos/current administration of HFF is hoter than ever and we are waiting with great interest the General Meeting of the Federation, in June 24, with the first straight bras de fer between the two sides (Olympiakos/Giorgos Girtzikis' administration against the Unions supported by AEK, Panathinaikos and PAOK).
The complaint is filled by AEK, but will be signed from the members of Cyclades Union, which have an awful relationship with Giorgos Girtzikis. The president of HFF was refusing to accept Freris' administration, although they had won Union's elections, and took legal action against them, but they were vindicated.
The vice president of the Union, Nikos Parisis, is a supporter of AEK and during the recent Greek Cup's final he expressed his complaints to Giorgos Girtzikis about the recent incidents, while he had also made fun of him when he was yelling... "offside" at the end of first half, in favor of Olympiakos.
According to FIFA's Book of Regulations, which Hellenic Football Federation have promised to adopt completely, every situtation that could lead to interests' conflict (such as members of the family working in clubs or taking advantage by their personal relationships) should be avoided and the officials of HFF have to inform in time about any kind of personal interests.
