Panathinaikos are trying to clinch a deal for the Milan midfielder Antonio Nocerino.
According to Italian reports, Nocerino is open for a move to the Greek club.
The Greens are trying to agree with the 30-year-old Italian midfielder while Milan could let him leave on a free transfer.
The transfer to Panathinaikos could go through imminently.
