Panathinaikos coach Dusko Ivanovic thinks that the improved display during the second half was a key factor in Panathinaikos win over Alba Berlin.
Ivanovic was left frustrated in the first half against Alba but after the interval Panathinaikos raised the tempo which helped them to snatch the away victory by 59-65.
“It was a very tough game and we claimed such an important win. In the first half Alba produced an excellent defending and we were simply not good enough. After the break we changed our plan by playing an aggressive defending and by raising the tempo. That was the key,” Ivanovic said.
