Olympiakos at the time being do not face the danger of being expelled from the Champions League next season.
The Greek champions could face the exit as their president Vangelis Marinakis is allegedly involved in the criminal organisation scandal.
However, UEFA's General Secretary Gianni Infantino said that at the moment Olympiakos are definitely not on the verge of being expelled from the Champions League, but UEFA is monitoring the situation.
“UEFA's Disciplinary Bodies have provisionally accepted Olympiakos's participation in the Champions League. The investigations in Greece are ongoing and the situation could change. This kind of investigations can take some time until we have clear indications,” Infantino underlined.
