Marinakis turned up in the special investigator's office at 7:20 am and he is currently giving his plea for the five charges he is facing as follow:
- Involvement and managing of criminal conspiracy
-Instigation in blackmailing
- Instigation for explosion which put person's life in danger
- Instigation for bribery in match-fixing in a football game which was available for betting and the aim has been concluded
Marinakis arrived for his plea along with Olympiakos director Savvas Theodoridis.
Yesterday the former Greece FA President Giorgos Sarris apologised for his involvement in the criminal organisation scandal and he learned the restrictive measures as follow:
-Banning from any football activity
-Banning from going abroad
-A warranty of 50,000 euros in order not to be imprisoned
