Olympiakos face CSKA Moscow in the semi-final and they think that they can produce a remarkable display once again which will see them through to the final.
“We deserved it to be in the Final Four. Against Barcelona we showed that we can beat anyone. CSKA are a decent team but we are determined to give our best,” Spanoulis said.
Sloukas thinks that the key for the glory in Madrid will be the strong Olympiakos defending as long as the team spirit. “Apart from the key, some important factors will be our rhythm, the determination, the team spirit and the luck of course. CSKA Moscow are the favourites, however we're going to Madrid to challenge the trophy.”
Othello Hunter seems grounded ahead of the semi-final against CSKA but still he has belief on Olympiakos's chances. “It will be a tough game but we're heading there well prepared. CSKA are a tough opponent but we have demonstrated what we can achieve. The chances are 50-50.”
“In this level you're not allowed to make mistakes. It will be a difficult and demanding game, so everything can play its role,” Giorgos Printezis added.
