A day after the plea stage getting postponed, the interrogator hosted the first group of those under prosecution for the “criminal organization” case.
As it stands, five of the accused have asked and received a deadline to file their plea (individually) and seven more are expected to visit the interrogator’s office today in order to ask for a deadline.
Four of the five who have received a deadline already are the following:
[former president of the disciplinary commission of EPO]
[alternate member of commission of appeals of EPO]
[member of the Regular Arbitrary Court of EPO]
[honorary assistant district attorney of Court of Appeals]
Tomorrow, Friday 3rd of April, it’s the turn of three referees, Ioanna Pantelopoulou (member of the disciplinary commission of EPO), as well as three others who were added to the prosecution list after the witnesses testified.
According to SDNA’s information, all 12 people who have been called to plead today and tomorrow will ask for a deadline to file their plea. All of them, however, need to drop by the interrogator’s office, unless they have a very serious reason that prevents them from doing so.
SDNA is watching the case closely and we will be bringing you the latest developments. Stay tuned…
