Platini thinks that the postponement of the Greek Super League will not solve anything unless those who are involved in the violent behaviours do not face sanctions.
“It's always the same. Seemingly you can't get rid of that. I don't think that suspending the league for a week will tackle the problem. This will only calm down the situation, but nothing more. The solution can only be found if those who are involved in these violent incidents face bans. You can impose the banning order which has worked out in England. You can identify those who make the riots from the cameras installed in the stadiums and then ban them for a specific period from attending the games. This can be the first decisive step,” Platini said.
