Former Panathinaikos striker Sebastian Leto will be operated on his head after a horrifying training accident.
The 28-year-old suffered the injury after a squat exercise in the gym saw a barbell breaking and falling on his head. He was initially sent home by the medical staff with a deep wound, but later on he felt dizzy and went to the hospital.
After being examined by a neurologist, it was decided that he must undergo surgery immediately, which means that he will need 4-6 months of recovery time. The Argentinian left Catania in January and went to Lanus on loan.
