The 0-0 draw keeps Olympiakos at the top of the table, six and eight points ahead of Panathinaikos and PAOK respectively. However, Maniatis is not satisfied with the draw as he thinks that a win would have decided the title race already.
“We wanted the win for the victims of Gate 7. We deserved more and we gave our best. But we lacked cutting edge in the final third and in the end we were not good enough to kill the game off. Panathinaikos have closed the gap at six point so nothing has been decided yet. We have got some tough games ahead. Overall we are not satisfied with the draw. We wanted the three points. The draw is not a disaster, but were were the better team, we didn't score and that cost us,” Maniatis underlined.
