For the first time since the start of the season, Igor Tudor, tries to change the formation of the team ahead of Thursday game against Krasnodar. The Croatian manager, opened his papers and tested the 4-2-3-1, but made several changes during the training.
It should be noted that never before, the PAOK 37-year old manager, had not played with four players in the defense, since any variations made to 3-5-2, it was mainly at the center front (3-4- 2-1).
As regards to the players who will make up the quartet of defense, if finally this tactics are selected, one cannot judge with certainty , since the participation of Miguel Vitor in the game, will be judged at the last moment .
However, Tudor gave special instructions to both winger attacking midfielders (Gary Rodriguez and Stelios Kitsiou), asking to help the wing backs, while the other, called to converge in the attack, giving extra solutions to Mak and Pelksa that expected to have a more prominent role.
Whether ultimately the Croat, insists on what was tested today, is something he knows, but surely his final decision will have great interest.
