Panathinaikos are due to sack Yiannis Anastasiou as a manager following the poor results and displays since the start of the season.
After yesterday's draw against AEK, Panathinaikos were left eight points behind Olympiakos from the top of the table.
Having been eliminated from the Europa League at the hands of Qabala since August, the pressure has been piled on Panathinaikos manager Yiannis Anastasiou.
The club's chairman Yiannis Alafouzos used to back him consistently, however after last night's draw with AEK, Anastasiou found himself in a big trouble.
Panathinaikos seem to have taken the decision to axe the Greek manager, which is expected to happen within the next 24 hours, as Panathinaikos fans called for his head massively after the final whistle last night.
